Sacha and Edmund Dunn are living my dream. They have an apartment in Brooklyn (in my dream, I’m still in Forest Hills…just in Forest Hills Gardens), but they have found and completely rehabilitated a two bedroom cottage on two acres in Columbia County. Not only did they score a deal paying $120,000 for the property 3 years ago…but with everything they have done, I bet the value (even in the current market) reflects a sky high return for them.
Both Sacha and Edmund are freelance stylists and they decorated their second home with awesome thrifted finds and DIY projects. I love the relaxed and casual feel of their home and think their pitbull-whippet dog Winnie is adorable (what a mix – stocky muscular and slender lanky).
